Fleet, availability, daily price, weekly price, monthly price, deposit, delivery, insurance, and discount limits stay structured behind the scenes.
If the data is missing or the request needs approval, the system does not guess. It hands over cleanly.

Customer gets an answer
The customer sees a direct message with short paragraphs, exact numbers, and one natural next step.
The concierge avoids internal labels like partner, Lux-owned, B2B, or sourcing unless the team chooses to say it.

Team stays in control
Sales can take over for VIPs, discounts beyond limit, partner sourcing, documents, accidents, unclear requests, and edge cases.
